We have expanded our Tree Sprouts curriculum to build a truly unique culturally based camp experience for children in Southern Maine. Nestled among the rolling green pastures at Pineland’s farm in New Gloucester, Tree Camp will open young hearts and minds and connect campers with the people and cultures of Southern Asia.
9:15 Explore Floor...Five indoor/outdoor stations for independent discovery help campers learn more about the countries of Southern Asia through science, nature, literature, and the power of their own imaginations!
9:45 Nature Games...Outdoor adventures are a perfect way make connections with what the environment might be like on the other side of our planet
10:15 Snack...Trying new foods is a really fun (and delicious) way to discover a different culture. Campers will help to make snacks that they might eat if they traveled to Pakistan or one of its neighbors.
